This high-end city office complex features the original 8-story building abutted against an added elevator core and parking garage which carries the latest 6-story over-build. Spanning a 14-year period, the original complex had been added to and renovated. A prefabricated granite panel system manufactured with cold rolled steel framing was used to replace the original 1960s glass curtain wall. Throughout all of the renovations, EEWS was able to match the granite exactly. Aluminum composite panels in a screen wall design were used to re-clad the garage.
