Taking up an entire New York City block, Bradhurst Court features 260,000 square feet of affordable housing and commercial space making it a central part of Harlem’s ongoing renewal. Among the unique project details were checkerboard-style patterned feature bands as well as a wide variety of materials used in the wall system. In addition, EEWS installed windows into the panels during fabrication rather than onsite providing a cost effective means of enclosing the building faster and resulting in less glass breakage.
