Originally built in the 1960’s, leaks plagued this building for more than 40 years. With the exception of the existing granite facade, the entire building was to remain and while occupied, was to be retro-fitted with a new facade. In addition, while being renovated, the building would also be expanded. EEWS collaborated with the architect, contractor, and the county throughout the design process to create a cost-effective, high-performance exterior wall solution that simulated the look of limestone and eliminated building leaks.
