A triangular building site, a tight urban space, and a need to blend the building to simulate surrounding buildings were key factors in this major New York City project. The architect envisioned a rich, historic look, and EEWS brick, aluminum composite, and granite panels were just the right blend to achieve the vision. In addition, with prefabricated panel systems from EEWS, scaffolding was not required and therefore, offered a visually appealing, complete exterior envelope in a short turnaround time so that interior work could start quickly.
