This 26-story building incorporating a full service luxury hotel, condominiums, and restaurant with amazing views of the New York City skyline boasts a premier spot in Hoboken life and culture. EEWS executed the architect’s design by installing aluminum composite panels on the exterior walls and roof of the hotel as well as custom fabricated aluminum shingles at the base of the facade. EEWS managed a tight, urban construction site and had an extended project scope which also included extensive interior architectural aluminum composite material to match the exterior.
